All claims and returns require the original invoice. If a warranty
for replacement parts is provided, such are limited to the one
exchange and only to the original purchaser.
Approved returns incur a 30% restocking fee; electrical parts
are non-returnable. Custom orders made to customer
specifications are non-returnable unless the seller agrees in
writing.
Inspect all orders at delivery/pickup; claims for errors or
shortages must be submitted in writing within 10 days.
Late accounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month; buyers are
responsible for collection costs and attorney?s fees.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLER
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES unless provided AND IS NOT
LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SELLERS TOTAL LIABILITY
IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID ON THE APPLICABLE
INVOICE.
These terms are governed by Florida Law with exclusive venue
in Palm Beach County, Florida
